What do you personally think of the cross of Jesus Christ?

a.       Forgiveness & condemnation – I John 5:12

b.       Eternal life and eternal damnation – John 3:36

c.        Blessing and Cursing – Mark 16:16, I John 5:11-12

1)      Atoning work – forgiveness of sins

o    Ephesians 1:7

2)      Sacrificial Work - Reconciliation

3)      Satisfying work - Peace

o    Colossians 1:20

4)      Substitutionary work – Lord has laid on Him, my iniquity!
