How are the people of God comforted?

A.     Speak to their heart!

a)       “Old” heart does not listen to God – Jeremiah 16:12

b)       “Old” heart does not believe God – Psalms 53:1

c)       Out of “old” heart all sorts of sin come out – Matthew 15:18-20

d)      God changes the heart of His people – Ezekiel 36:25-26

B.      Warfare is accomplished

C.       Your iniquity is pardoned
