How Mankind Come to be the Way he/she Is?

What happened? How Paradise was lost?

1)      The Root of Sin (Romans 5:12a)ܥܸܩܪܵܐ ܕܚܛܝܼܬܵܐ –ܖ̈ܗܘܡܝܐ ܗ:12ܐ

a)       Sin had its origins in the heart of Lucifer

o   Isaiah 14:12-15ܐܫܥܝܐ ܝܕ:12 –15

b)      Sin entered the human family by the actions of the first man Adam.

o   Genesis 1:15-17ܒܪܝܬܐ ܐ:15 –17

c)       Adam's fall affected the whole world! 

o   Romans 5:12ܖ̈ܗܘܡܝܐ ܗ:12

2)      The Reality of Sin (Romans 5:12c)ܫܵܪܝܼܪܘܼܬܵܐ ܕܚܛܝܼܬܵܐ - ܖ̈ܗܘܡܝܐ ܗ:12ܓ

a)       All have sinned – romans 5:12cܖ̈ܗܘܡܝܐ ܗ:12ܓ

b)      When Adam sinned, you sinned

3)      The Results of Sin (Romans 5:12b-14a)ܛܘܼܢܬܵܐ ܕܚܛܝܼܬܵܐ: ܖ̈ܗܘܡܝܐ ܗ:12ܒ –14ܐ

a)       The results of sin can be summed up in one horrible word: Death.

o   Romans 6:23ܖ̈ܗܘܡܝܐ ܘ:23

b)        In truth, sin produces 3 specific kinds of death in humans.

                     i.            Spiritual Death – (Ephesians 2:1-2)ܡܵܘܬܵܐ ܪܘܼܚܵܢܵܝܵܐ: ܦܣܝ̈ܐ ܒ:1 –2

                     ii.            Physical Death – (Hebrews 9:27)ܡܵܘܬܵܐ ܦܲܓܼܪܵܢܵܝܵܐ: ܥܒܼܖ̈ܝܐ ܛ:27

                     iii.            Eternal Death – (Revelation 20:14-15)ܡܵܘܬܵܐ ܐܵܒܵܕܝܼܢܵܝܵܐ: ܓܠܝܢܐ ܟ:14 –15

4)      The Remedy for Sin (Romans 5:14b)ܟ̰ܵܪܵܐ ܕܚܛܝܼܬܵܐ: ܖ̈ܗܘܡܝܐ ܗ:14ܒ

a)       The first Adam gave humanity a gift. It was the gift of sin

o   Romans 5:12ܖ̈ܗܘܡܝܐ ܗ:12

b)      The Second Adam, the Lord Jesus, gave Humanity a gift, Life

o   I Corinthians 15:45ܐ. ܩܘܖ̈ܢܬܝܐ ܝܗ:45
