Introduction
God gave his law in a great show of Majesty:
- To impress the people
- To reach the people
- To show our utter helplessness before the law
- Dress rehearsal of the last judgment
- To show man must have a mediator
a) Will produce fear
b) People turned to Moses
c) Moses is a type of Christ
d) Moses drew near into the darkness
