When is a “sermon” a blessing?

1.       It has to come from messenger’s heart.

2.       It has to be true to the Word of God.

3.       When it is heard

4.       When it meets the need of both the messenger and the hearer – Hebrews 4:16

5.       When the sermon causes a hearer to rejoice in the Lord – Psalm 105:3
